A journey that spans generations

In 1975, Mr. José Carlos de Almeida began his journey, opening his first station in Osasco, São Paulo. From there began a trajectory of hard work, dedication, commitment and growth.

In 1979 and 1985, the founder expanded his horizons, opening two more stations — in Anaurilândia (MS) and later the first operation in S. J. do Rio Preto.

It was in 1999 that the Monte Carlo brand was born, with the opening of Posto Monte Carlo Rio Preto (MC1). The name was a tribute to a residential complex that existed next to the station.

The expansion: modernity and growth

In 2001, the founder opened Posto Monte Carlo Onda Verde on the BR-153 highway (SP). This station marked the beginning of the Monte Carlo Company expansion, now present on one of the country's main highways.

By 2012, the network took an important step: starting its first urban operation. With this new phase, Monte Carlo began a significant advance in its history, operating both highway and urban stations, serving different audiences with different products.

Today, the network has over 70 stations across 8 Brazilian states, delivering convenience, competitive prices and benefits to its customers.
